As a legal professional with a dynamic career spanning various areas of law, I have built a path that combines legal rigor with technological innovation, excelling in fields such as tax law, corporate law, and cutting-edge emerging technologies, particularly blockchain. My journey has led me to work in prestigious law firms and provide legal counsel to technology companies, earning recognition as one of the 20 attorneys worldwide selected for the first legal scholarship program sponsored by the Ethereum Foundation
Recently, I completed a Master’s Degree in Law with groundbreaking research on: Cryptocurrencies: Financial Literacy and Tax Implications, funded by the National Council of Humanities, Sciences, and Technologies. During this program, I had the opportunity to conduct a research stay at the Complutense University of Madrid, one of Spain’s most prestigious academic institutions, which allowed me to gain a global perspective and enrich my understanding of legal challenges in an international context.
My experience in the financial sector has been shaped by a deep and specialized knowledge of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions (Fintech Law in Mexico), which has enabled me to thoroughly understand the regulatory frameworks governing financial institutions and emerging technologies. While my practical experience in financial law is still growing, my strong theoretical foundation and keen interest in deepening my expertise in this field drive me to continue learning and specializing, with the goal of expanding my knowledge and contributing innovative solutions in this area.
My focus is not limited to blockchain; I have extensive experience in regulatory compliance, KYC, financial institution regulation, and AML analysis, allowing me to adapt to diverse legal challenges across multiple sectors. I am recognized for my persevering attitude, problem-solving orientation, and ability to lead complex projects with an interdisciplinary approach.

Legal Lead - Ethereum MĂ©xico & Ethereum Cinco de Mayo
I oversee the comprehensive management of legal risks and regulatory compliance. I developed a legal compendium that includes internal policies such as: Code of Conduct, Core Team Commitments, Voluntary-Involuntary Separation Process, Internal Conflict Resolution Procedure, Conflict of Interest Policy, Privacy Policy, among others. The implementation of this legal compendium has strengthened internal processes. I am responsible for drafting and negotiating various legal instruments, including collaboration agreements, sponsorship agreements, and confidentiality agreements. I have supervised KYC processes for sponsorships and handled legal aspects of the funding programs

Tax Lawyer - Corporate AMG
I provided comprehensive tax advisory services and defense to taxpayers, including the successful management of bank account unfreezing processes. I represented clients in nullity and amparo lawsuits, as well as in the filing of administrative appeals. I offered incorporation services and ongoing legal advice to companies, ensuring compliance with their corporate and tax obligations. Additionally, I developed specialized legal opinions for various businesses in the blockchain ecosystem, including mining operations, on-ramp and off-ramp services, and the implementation of cryptocurrencies ATMs.
